Research and administrative staff

The Project Director leads and directs the development and implementation of projects and research studies for: the Public Health Approaches to Abortion project, the Drug and Alcohol Pregnancy Policy Studies project, and the Evaluation of Abortion Restrictions Project along with other Advancing New Standards in Reproductive Health (ANSIRH) projects. He/she will represent the projects to a variety of external partners including collaborators, administrators, providers, and others.

The Project Director is responsible for overseeing the implementation of multiple research studies on complex issues. The particular focus will be research on access to medication abortion, including innovative methodologies for study design and recruitment, data collection with patients and clinicians, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative study findings. The primary responsibility of this position will be administrative and management focused, including facilitating budget planning and reporting for multiple projects and managing a team of at least four staff members. This person will serve as the primary liaison to the Principal Investigator (PI) and supervise day-to-day activities, including dealing with major department managers.
